What you’ll do
Practice high-quality, relationship-centered small animal medicine
Build meaningful connections with clients through education and trust
Collaborate with a supportive team of veterinarians and technicians
Grow your clinical interests in areas like surgery, dentistry, imaging, or internal medicine
Help shape the culture and future of a growing, doctor-led hospital
 
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary + 21% production (no negative accrual)
Flexible schedule (24–32 hours/week for full-time)
4 weeks PTO + holidays + CE time (with rollover)
Medical (PPO or HDHP with employer contribution)
