A small, boutique massage studio in Old City, Philadelphia is looking for a MASSAGE THERAPIST or wellness practitioner to join our team!
- Massage Therapist (option for independent contractor OR rental)
- Any wellness practitioner that fits our vibe! We have a private massage room with an electric table and towel warmer as well as a common space area large enough for small group classes but ideal for one to one sessions (yoga, personal training, stretching -- anything that requires a floor space).
Opportunities for independent contractor:
- training/mentoring available so that you are comfortable in our setting and with our treatments
- rebooking bonuses
- continuing education stipend
- space for workshops, involvement in marketing, content creation, massage specials/offerings
Rental Options:
- schedules set month by month
- set monthly rate (negotiable pending clients/schedule etc)
- use of electric massage table, towel warmer and some supplies
- social media teamwork/marketing options
- referrals etc.

Requirements
MASSAGE THERAPISTS:
- licensed in PA and insured
- therapeutic massage and bodywork (qua sha, cupping, assisted stretching)
- deep tissue, sports, corrective, and myofascial skills
- prenatal (preferable but optional)
- self motivated, communicative, responsible and mindful
- able to connect with clients and rebook, take payments, discuss goals and treatment plans
- work autonomously but also be communicative with business procedures with the team
- 1-3 years in the field preferred but will consider new MT's based on skill level
