- Regional Multi-Site HR Manager
Description
Distribution company seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Multi-Site Human Resources Manager to support a dynamic organization with operations across multiple locations in the United States and Canada. This role serves as a trusted business partner to leaders and employees, driving talent strategies, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Position is on-site in East Greenville, PA
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and talent management, along with the ability to influence leaders, navigate complex workplace situations, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on operational support in a multi-site environment.
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 40% travel
- Average of one week per month visiting regional locations
- Travel includes overnight stays
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies that support workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, employee development, and succession planning.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, accommodations, conflict resolution, and employment actions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting partners to attract, assess, and select top talent for exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Evaluate workforce needs and organizational capabilities to support current and future business objectives.
- Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support compensation initiatives, job evaluations, and job description reviews to ensure alignment with organizational and market needs.
- Lead and support employee investigations, corrective action processes, and separation activities while maintaining consistency and compliance.
- Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, professional development, training, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to HR programs, policies, and procedures that improve operational effectiveness.
- Stay current on employment law updates, industry trends, and HR best practices.
- Champion a positive employee experience while promoting an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Participate in special projects and other HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Human Resources Manager role.
- Experience supporting multiple locations within a manufacturing, distribution, production, warehouse, or similar operational environment.
- Demonstrated success partnering with leaders in a fast-paced business setting.
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed, multi-site workforce.
- Experience supporting Canadian operations is a plus.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and drive positive outcomes.
