Physician Recruitment
The Physician Recruitment Sourcer will support the Physician recruitment team in a variety of ways. They will initiate consistent sourcing campaigns/positions, create candidate pipelines and build partnerships with training programs. The Sourcer will maintain a proactive sourcing program so as to improve total applications and create a continual throughput of candidates.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage job board postings across the organization on varying platforms. Strategically place postings per Institute requests and Industry insight, Actively monitor ROI of postings. (20%)
- Conduct targeted research to identify physicians with specific specialties, sub-specialties or geographic preferences. Formally create lead lists to be vetted further. (20%)
- Initiate sourcing campaigns by crafting compelling and personalized outreach messages. Send effective messages to identified leads. Thoroughly exhaust lists with multiple outreach attempts. (20%)
- Manage position intake. Work alongside Institute and Recruiter to further understand the needs of the position, as well as the ideal candidate. Create job board postings/position. (10%)
- Build partnerships with external organizations to further grow the pipeline of graduating residents/fellows into AHN. (10%)
- Compile market intelligence by gathering insights into the competitive landscape, compensation trends and physician preferences. Provide feedback to the recruitment team on opportunities. Provide insight on ROI as it relates to current efforts and constantly pivot on the current strategy to increase applicant flow. (10%)
- Maintain & uploading essential data into ATS. Maintain and update database as needed. (10%)
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area or relevant experience as determined by the company.
- 1 year of experience in the research and sourcing field, or recruiting/ Talent Acquisition
PREFERRED:
- 1 year of experience in Physician Recruitment Sourcing
