- Pennsylvania Psychiatrist is available for Psychiatric CRNP Collaboration (PALS Registered)
Description
Are you a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or CRNP in Pennsylvania looking to establish, expand, or operate your own autonomous practice or telehealth platform?
Psychiatric Community Care, LLC offers the mandatory, state-compliant Prescriptive Authority Collaborative Agreement required to fully unlock your clinical potential under Pennsylvania law. Under this professional partnership, you retain complete operational control over your own business while securing the expert clinical support and compliance infrastructure you need to thrive. We handle administrative onboarding smoothly and efficiently through the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS).
Unlike large, impersonal commercial agencies, our partnership offers consistent, direct collaboration with an actively practicing psychiatrist. This allows for a highly individualized, flexible approach that prioritizes your specific clinical and business needs over rigid, formalized corporate protocols.
Collaborative Agreement Framework & Expectations
To maintain the highest standards of compliant care, participating CRNPs will:
- Manage Independent Operations: Deliver high-quality professional psychiatric care aligned with best practices and patient needs within your own independent practice setting or telehealth platform (Please note: This is a collaborative agreement service; no employment, clinical placement, or caseload is provided).
- Clinical Excellence: Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, including psychopharmacology treatments, following state regulations and established Prescriptive Authority/Collaborative Agreement.
- Licensure & Compliance: Maintain active, unrestricted PA CRNP licensure, Board Certification (PMHNP), and a valid PA DEA registration.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in monthly practice status updates and discuss complex clinical cases as needed.
- Malpractice Coverage: Secure and maintain independent professional liability insurance (malpractice insurance) covering your practice entity.
