Description

Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused PA UCC Certified Code Specialist to perform building code reviews, inspections, and enforcement activities in accordance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (UCC). The successful candidate will work closely with municipalities, contractors, design professionals, and property owners to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations while promoting public safety.

Qualifications
Required
Current Pennsylvania UCC certification(s) in one or more disciplines.
Working knowledge of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code and International Code Council (ICC) codes.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic inspection/reporting systems.
