Description
Baum O’Connor Cullen Chmiel has an opening for a litigation associate attorney who has the desire to specialize in medical malpractice defense litigation. The candidate should have 1-3 years of litigation experience that will enhance their ability to successfully develop a career in medical malpractice defense. We will also consider individuals currently awaiting PA bar exam results.

Position Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Conduct medical records reviews
- Draft client reports and correspondence
- Draft and argue motions and preliminary objections
- Attend depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts
- Assist in trial preparation and attend trial

Requirements
Successful Candidate:
- Pennsylvania bar admission required (or pending exam results)
