A boutique therapeutic and sports massage studio located in Old City, Philadelphia is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Massage Studio of Philadelphia provides quality bodywork to active clientele focusing on using massage as maintenance. Our clients are regular returning clients who come to receive therapeutic work to keep them moving. We offer assisted stretching and yoga as well as various workshops.

Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- provide customized massage treatments based on clients needs
- uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and ethics
- educate clients on self-care and wellness practices when appropriate
- contribute to a supportive and positive team culture
- basic studio duties including light cleaning/tidying of the space and/or laundry
- communication with owner post shift and through week regarding scheduling/client bookings etc
- taking payments/rebooking clients after a session
Qualifications include:
- PA license and liability insurance
- strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics and therapeutic techniques (including deep tissue, sports, myofascial) cupping/gua sha a plus! Will train.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
