Locums Gastroenterology Physician near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - Block Scheduling, EUS And ERCP

Flexible block scheduling and paid Pennsylvania licensure for qualified IMLC physicians make this an attractive long-term opportunity. Advanced endoscopy skills are put to use across a multi-hospital GI service with dedicated APP support.

Practice & Cases

• Mix of inpatient consults, rounding, procedures, and follow-up care
• Coverage across up to three hospitals with APP support at each site
• Colonoscopy, EGD, PEG placement, esophageal varices management, EUS, and ERCP required
• Adult-focused patient population with limited pediatric volume

Schedule

• Minimum of 14 shifts per month
• Preferred coverage blocks of 5 to 7 consecutive days
• Onsite coverage during the day with overnight pager call
• Ongoing assignment with recurring monthly needs

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Gastroenterology
• Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ required
• BLS certification required

• Pennsylvania licensure assistance available for physicians with an active IMLC LOQ
