We are a small family law firm seeking an experienced associate attorney to manage a caseload independently while working within a collaborative, low-drama team environment.

This role is ideal for an attorney who wants autonomy over their cases without the pressure of building a book of business and likes the support of a team office.

Monday to Friday (Hybrid available)

Requirements

Responsibilities

- Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
- Handle divorce, custody, and support matters
- Appear in court and represent clients at hearings and conferences
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of family law experience preferred
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Comfortable handling hearings and conferences independently
- Strong organizational and client communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and caseload efficiently
