Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items for banquets, weddings, tournaments, and club events
• Execute event menus accurately, efficiently, and on time
• Assist with event prep, station setup, and breakdown
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
• Work closely with chefs and the culinary team during high-volume services
• Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude during busy event services

What We're Looking For

• Previous cooking experience required (banquet or event experience preferred)
• Strong sense of timing, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Culinary education is a plus, but experience and attitude are key.
