Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Previous cooking experience required (club, restaurant, or banquet experience preferred)
• Strong fundamentals: knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and prep organization
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a full-time schedule
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Culinary education is a plus, but experience and work ethic matter most

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items according to club recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
• Perform daily prep duties to support service and events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Assist with banquets, weddings, tournaments, and special club events
• Communicate clearly and work as part of a team-driven kitchen
• Take pride in consistency, timing, and plate presentation
