JOB DESCRIPTION Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Review incoming work for accuracy and completeness
- Monitor timely receipts of critical documents for the Centralized Operations Unit
- Work closely with Global Casualty branch personnel to assure a timely and high-quality product for our clients.
- Responsible for accurately logging all transactions in COU Tracking
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
- Adhere to all protocols and controls established within COU
- Assist teammates as needed to ensure prompt handling of all transactions within unit
- Provide guidance and training to field offices for correct methods to submit work to COU
- Build strong relationships with all branch office personnel
- Ensure that follow up requests internally and externally are handled promptly.
- Ability to prioritize incoming work requests and multi-task when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Worker's Compensation, Automobile and General Liability including rating knowledge helpful
- Proven superior ability to be innovative and creative in problem solving skills.
- Strong time management skills with proven capability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft products.
