Goldblum, Pollins & Dennis, a highly rated Immigration law firm in Jenkintown, PA (close to SEPTA train) has an opening for a full-time Associate to join our team in the preparation of employment-based labor certification and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Duties include communicating with and advising individual and institutional clients—including universities, hospitals, and corporations; drafting legal arguments; reviewing forms and otherwise preparing filings; and supervising paralegals and other support staff. This is a great opportunity for a highly-motivated, detail-oriented and organized attorney to gain extensive experience in a variety of aspects of business immigration. New associates work under general supervision of senior attorneys in a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

Requirements
JD from ABA-accredited law school; bar admission; exceptional writing, critical thinking, and analytical skills; outstanding organizational and time management skills; demonstrated interest in immigration law; and ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high volume practice.
