HRMML is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate with 4 to 5 years of substantive experience to manage a diverse and dynamic caseload from inception through trial.

This role offers the opportunity to take primary responsibility for cases, including developing litigation strategy, conducting discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate brings strong courtroom presence, well-honed deposition and witness examination skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal and factual issues with confidence. A proactive mindset, excellent written and oral advocacy, and a genuine desire to take ownership of matters and drive them to successful resolution are essential.
