The firm is seeking Associate Attorneys to join its Municipal/Land Use, Labor/Employment, Civil Rights/Police Professional and General Liability Practice Groups. The successful candidates will handle meaningful state and federal court litigation, draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, appear in court regularly, and continue the firm’s tradition of providing unparalleled daily counsel to its wide-ranging clientele throughout the state.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Chester Springs, PA. The Associate Attorney will provide legal advice, conduct legal research, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the Siana Law team to address labor and employment law matters, develop case strategies, and advocate for clients’ interests in various legal scenarios.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience in general law with a focus on municipal law/land use and/or general liability.
- Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and effectively handling legal issues
- Excellence in Research and case preparation
- Proficient in Negotiation with the ability to reach client-centered agreements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Strong written and oral communication skills, along with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in civil litigation, municipal law and/or general liability is a plus.
