Company Overview

University Services is engaged in several medically related services. Among those, it provides Sleep Medicine and Toxicology Services, evaluating sleep/waking problems in multiple facilities, and evaluating and developing programs for testing for the presence of addictive drugs in employees who must be in compliance with both government programs, and/or their company requirements. It currently offers the sleep disorders testing services in the Delaware Valley, and toxicology on a national basis.

There are 40 million Americans who suffer from various sleep/waking disorders and at least 35 million adults who are addicted to substances of abuse, alcohol, prescription medications and street drugs which adversely affect their lives and the lives of those around them. Each of these populations requires specialized diagnosis in order for decisions to be made concerning treatment, training and employment. University Services had developed a functional model for centralized and satellite facilities that integrate state-of-the-art technology, cost effectiveness and speed of diagnosis into a coordinate range of billable services.

University Services is positioned to replicate and further expand the sleep disorders testing, and to enhance its already national presence in the area of toxicology. Plans are being designed to chart the course of University Services’ expansion from its current status as a successful small company to a more densely distributed, highly visible, and aggressively competitive company.
