Company Overview
Stephen G. Diamantoni, M.D. & Associates Family Practice was founded by Stephen G. Diamantoni, M.D. on July 1, 1985 with the first office located at 734 North Franklin Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Our practice quickly grew and to better serve the needs of Lancaster County and surrounding counties.. We currently have five family practice offices in Lancaster County with two offices located in Lancaster City, one in the Suburban Outpatient Pavilion, and one each in Quarryville and Leola.
As a NCQA certified Patient Centered Medical Home, our focus is patient-centered, comprehensive, team-based, coordinated, accessible, and focused on quality and safety. We boast extended hours and a variety of extra services that go beyond typical primary care. Extra services include but are not limited to full spectrum obstetrics including prenatal visits and delivery, gynecological care, sports medicine (including fracture care, injections, diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound guided procedures), skin biopsies and excisions, laceration repair, long acting reversible contraception (ie. IUDs, subdermal implants).
