AAY is a private practice corporation since 1970. We provide full anesthesia service to Wellspan Health System.

York Hospital, our primary hospital; is a Level I Trauma Center with a high risk Obstetric referral center and a multi-story patient care tower. We also provide service to Apple Hill Surgical Center, a freestanding ambulatory care center with ten operation rooms and two extremely busy GI suites. In addition, we provide anesthesia services to an operatory for one of the busier general surgical practices in York.

Wellspan offers a Cancer Center and a nationally recognized Heart Center that has been named one of the 100 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals by Solucient, the leading source of health care intelligence and benchmark information.

Emphasis is on a care-team practice model with CRNA supportive anesthesiologists. Expansion at both the hospital and surgical center drives our recruiting efforts. AAY provides multiple employment packages and generous benefits.
