Description
Seeking a visionary, visible, student-centered educational leader who possesses outstanding interpersonal communicative skills and can promote a positive, team-inspired, collaborative work environment across the district. While the successful candidate should place student success as highest priority, they need to simultaneously promote personal and organizational accountability, relate to and function effectively with people of varying backgrounds and positions, and interface regularly with various stakeholder and legislative groups. Makes all administrative decisions within the school necessary for the proper function of the school district.
Enrollment approximately 2,400, Grades K-12.
Annual budget: $53 million. Appointment on or about July 1, 2026.

Requirements
Requirements: Master’s Degree required, doctorate preferred. PA letter of eligibility or PA commission qualification letter; university transcripts; all required clearances, current Act 24, three (3) current letters of recommendation, application, cover letter, and resume.
Desired experience includes: knowledge of school district fiscal operations and budgeting, curriculum development, community engagement and involvement; strong organizational development and supervision skills, at least 10 years of leadership experience in multiple levels of education necessary, including administrative/supervision.
