The Spring-Ford Area School District Board of School Directors is seeking an experienced educational leader who demonstrates a commitment to academic excellence, equity, and community engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven record of achieving high academic and emotional excellence for students, supporting professional development for staff that is connected to student achievement goals, implementing equity, and managing school operations and finances effectively. Candidates should possess exceptional communication and leadership skills, be knowledgeable of technology best practices, and the ability to engage all stakeholders.   
Located in the western-central portion of Montgomery County and the eastern-central section of Chester County, the Spring-Ford Area School District (SFASD) serves the Townships of Limerick and Upper Providence and the Boroughs of Royersford and Spring City. The Spring-Ford Area School District is offering a nationally competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and alignment with Board criteria. Candidates must possess or be eligible for a Pennsylvania Superintendent Letter of Eligibility. A Master’s Degree is required; a doctorate or working toward a doctorate is strongly preferred. Significant expertise in education, prior experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent in a similarly sized district is strongly preferred.
The target date for appointment is February 23rd, 2026.
