We are currently seeking a Property Inspector to perform U&O inspections for rental licensing and sales of residential properties within Delaware County. Perfect for a self-starter who works well independently. Very flexible.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must have a current Property Maintenance Inspector certification
• Additional inspector certifications a huge plus!
