Position Overview
We are seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Hearing Instrument Fitter to test, fit, and support hearing devices for patients in their homes or remotely. This role also includes helping to recruit, train, and support future representatives as our network continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hearing tests and fittings in-home or via telehealth
- Recommend, fit, and adjust hearing devices
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Manage appointments and workload independently
Employment Type
- Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities available
Compensation (Commission-Based)
- Part-Time: $30,000 – $50,000 annually
- Full-Time: $60,000 – $100,000 annually
Work Arrangement
- Remote / Hybrid (combination of in-home visits and telehealth)

Requirements
- PA-licensed Dispensing Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
- 1–5 years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
