Construction Craft Laborer Apprenticeship Apprenticeship application for Laborers District Councils joint Apprenticeship Program will be made available to interested applicants. To enroll, an applicant must meet the following minimum requirement: Be at least 18 years of age; Physically able to perform the work of the trades; Have dependable transportation; Be drug free and pass a drug screening; Have a High School Diploma or Transcript or GED Certificate, and valid Drivers License .
