Job Title: Genomics/Precision Health

What You’ll Champion:

• Exciting opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a newly established and rapidly expanding Cardiovascular Genomics and Precision Health program
• Enjoy exceptional work–life balance with four (4) 10hour shifts, no call, no nights, no weekends, and a 100% outpatient / ambulatory clinical practice
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary Inherited Cardiovascular Disease team, including cardiologists, genetic counselors, and precision medicine specialists
• Ideal candidate will be highly organized, techsavvy, and bring at least three (3) years of Advanced Practice Provider experience in Cardiology, Cardiovascular Medicine, or related subspecialty
• Provide primary clinical coverage at the York practice, with scheduled travel one day per week to Ephrata and one day per month to Chambersburg, accompanied by a physician
• Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including detailed personal and multigeneration family histories, with a focus on inherited and genetic heart conditions
• Order, review, and interpret genetic testing and advanced diagnostics in collaboration with genetic counselors, cardiologists, and physicians
• Participate in the delivery of precision medicine–based care for patients with inherited cardiomyopathies, arrhythmia syndromes, and other genetic cardiovascular disorders
• Contribute to a growing program at the forefront of cardiovascular genetics, personalized medicine, and preventive cardiology
