Saint Francis University, a Catholic, Franciscan institution committed to academic excellence and holistic student development, invites applications for a 12-month non-tenure Instructor in the Department of Physician Assistant Sciences. This principal faculty position involves active engagement in teaching, mentoring, and evaluating Physician Assistant (PA) students. Faculty responsibilities include a full-time teaching load within the undergraduate, didactic and clinical years of the PA curriculum. The successful candidate will also participate in program accreditation activities, admissions processes, and institutional service.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be an NCCPA certified physician assistant licensed in the state of PA or the ability to obtain PA licensure, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred. At least three years of clinical practice experience and two years of teaching experience in physician assistant education preferred.
