Description
The Moore Eye Institute is a multispecialty private practice in the Philadelphia region. We are looking for a personable, ethical doctor who is a team player and interested in growing the practice leading to a partnership. Nothing is more important to us than Doctors who like to work together and always have each other’s back. One of our Doctors just retired, and another is retiring at the end of summer 2026. We are looking for both Retina and Anterior Specialists. A fellowship in glaucoma or Retina is highly desirable but not mandatory. Surgically, you will be instantly busy.
Our offices are equipped with the most advanced diagnostic and laser equipment, and our OR suites have new equipment with femtosecond lasers, etc., for the anterior surgeon and even OCT guidance for the retina surgeon.
We are active in clinical research and at the cutting edge of innovation. In fact, we helped develop Unified Dynamic Health Records, www.unifieddhr.com, which has the only actionable clinical reporting system in existence. In the past, we were the first to introduce PA & NJ OCT in 1995 and ICG in 1992. We are active in teaching ophthalmology residents. Call duty is very light, with residents taking the first call.
If you desire a cutting-edge, nationally involved practice with high-volume, but ethical medical care and camaraderie is your top priority, then this is an ideal position for you.
Please contact our COO, Nichole Lewis, at nichole.lewis@mooreeye.com or by cell phone at (610) 420-4102. All communication will be kept confidential.
