| Position Summary: | Why work at Villanova?
The Changemakers Program is a new initiative of Villanova's Department of Public Administration designed to strengthen nonprofit leadership capacity in the Philadelphia region. The program runs from June 2025 through May 2026, culminating in a 12-week pilot launch in Spring 2026. The project manager will support faculty leads in coordinating the design, implementation, and launch of the program. This includes managing timelines, communicating with nonprofit partners, coordinating with coaches, and ensuring deliverables are met across program phases. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. | Minimum Qualifications: |

| Preferred Qualifications: | Demonstrated experience working with nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, or university-community partnerships, especially in a project coordination or administrative support role. Experience using digital project management or collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable, or Microsoft Teams) to track tasks, manage deadlines, and facilitate communication among multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to draft clear correspondence, meeting summaries, and progress reports for diverse audiences, including faculty, nonprofit leaders, and program participants. |
