Position Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for an ICC Building Code Inspector II, located in Lancaster County, PA. The primary responsibilities include performing building and site inspections to ensure compliance with applicable building codes, enforcing local and state regulations, and preparing detailed inspection reports. Additional duties include collaborating with developers, contractors, and property owners to address code-related matters and providing guidance on compliance. The inspector will play a critical role in ensuring safety and adherence to PA UCC & ICC adopted regulations

Requirements
Qualifications
- Current ICC/PA UCC Inspector Certifications (required) with 2-5 years field experience
- Experience in Code Enforcement and understanding of state and local regulations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various sites within Lancaster & York County, PA
