Mount Nittany Health is seeking BC/BE Anesthesiologists & Anesthesiology+Pain! Join an employed group consisting of 11 physicians and 20+ CRNA’s that provide coverage at Mount Nittany Medical Center, a 260-bed acute care facility in State College, PA.  State College offers all of the luxuries of a college town—including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

The Position:

1 Hospital: Mount Nittany Medical Center
12 total OR’s and an off-site Surgery Center with 4 OR’s.
1 OB Suite
4 Endo/GI Suites 
11 FT Anesthesiologists and 20+ CRNA’s
Call is approx. every 6 -7 days (Mix of first call and back up call)
CRNA Medical Direction Model
Major Service lines include: General, GU, OB, Spine, ENT, GYN, Plastic, Ortho, Vascular
Low Peds volume
No Open-Heart Surgery and No Heads
EMR: Meditech

Compensation Package:

W2: $510-540k + benefits and a $20k annual quality bonus
PTO: 9 weeks
CME: 1 week
CME allowance $3,500 annually
